To register, the child must be 3 or 4-years
old by October 1st of the year he/she is registering, must reside in the city of Newark, and must meet income
requirements (see Income Guidelines).
Children with special needs or disabilities may be eligible regardless of
income.

4. PROOF OF INCOME – any one of the following: Letter from Current Employer, Last Pay Stub, W2 Form, or TANF stub
