Newark Preschool Council at Metropolitan is located at 149 Springfield Ave, inside the Metropolitan Baptist Church on the second floor. This location has five Head Start/Abbott Classrooms. The staff works hard to create an environment which is safe nurturing and conducive to all children. Here at Metropolitan, children will learn a sense of self and others, social/emotional development as well as physical and cognitive development.
